I arrived at Roger De Lluria at 3 AM due to flight delays, and the reception was not very welcoming. I didn't even get a glass of water, something I expected. The room had a comfy layout, though the bed felt a bit unusual with a plastic sheet underneath. The bathroom was spacious, but I noticed it had a strong sewage smell coming from the plumbing, which was unpleasant. I appreciated the air conditioning. it worked well and allowed for good temperature control. However, the shower pressure was weak and inconsistent, making it frustrating to use. I encountered a noisy disturbance from hammering work every morning, starting at 9 AM. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, close to many attractions. They should improve staff hospitality and bathroom maintenance to enhance the stay for future guests. I had issues with housekeeping as well. it felt sporadic. Overall, the hotel has potential, but they need to address several maintenance and guest service aspects to truly shine.
